The Technical Project Planning (TPP) process is designed to define and articulate the desired site closeout condition, and create a plan with the actions necessary to reach this goal, all with stakeholder acceptance. These initial meetings will bring a number of stakeholders together for an introduction to the site and project objectives and to begin the formal planning process. In conjunction with the first meeting, project team members will also conduct a site visit to develop familiarity with the current configuration of the project area.
